[ROBIN Chat] Block / Unblock User

If you are a user of SNS, I’m sure you’ve experienced you get messages from unknow person and get spammed sometimes.

If you don’t want to be botherd from these, you can just block them on ROBIN Chat!

As there are 2 ways to block a user, let’s see in order! (probably, approach [2] is easier for beginners).

Block Your Friend

1. Tap gear icon on upper right, and tap “Block list”.

2. Tap “Add to the block list” and select friend you want to block out. (Here, let’s block “ken” as an example).

Select “ken”, and tap “Block”.

3. When “ken” will appear on “Block list”, youu seccess to block this user.
*You can also cancel it by tapping “Unblock”.

Block Unknown User

This is an approach when you get spammed from unknown user.

Display a chat screen of the unknown user, and tap “:” and “Block”. Then, tap “Block” at a confirmation message.

*Additional Info*
You are actually not able to contact to the user you block out.
If you want to send messages or images to him/her, the following message will ask you whether or not you want to unblock this user.

*Additional Info (2)*
If you unblock a user you block out with approach [1], he/she won’t appear on friend list (Currently it’s uncertain whether this happens temporary or not).

Therefore, if you want to block the same user again, please try approach [2].
